Terms of use

By using this website or booking a vehicle with Sri Dhurga Rani Tours & Travels (“South Yatra”) you agree to these terms.

• Fares shown on the website are indicative per-kilometre rates. Final pricing may vary according to route, distance, trip type, duration, tolls and other applicable charges, and is confirmed with you before the trip.
• Toll charges, parking fees and permit charges, where applicable, are confirmed at booking.
• Local package usage beyond the selected hours or kilometres is charged extra.
• Passengers are requested to treat the vehicle and driver with respect and to follow the driver’s safety instructions.
• A booking enquiry submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it by call, WhatsApp or message.

Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call +91 97873 21220 or message us on WhatsApp as early as possible so that the vehicle can be re-assigned.

Any cancellation terms applicable to your trip (for example for long-distance or group bookings) are communicated when the booking is confirmed.

Privacy policy

When you submit the booking or contact form we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email (optional), pickup and drop locations, date, time and vehicle preference — only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your trip.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Your details are shared only with the people who need them to arrange your journey (for example the assigned driver).
• If you use the “current location” button, your browser asks for permission and the location is used only to fill the pickup field.
• This website may load a live-chat widget (Tawk.to) which has its own privacy policy.

To ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details, contact us at travelwithdrtc@mail.com.
